Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an After Sales Support Manager. The After Sales Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients post-sale, communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, Plan and execute installation and commissioning activities at multiple sites and take update from site team, Give on call support for cutometer issues and plan visit of service personal if and when needed.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in support department in Industrial Equipment Manufacturing company
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage supports operations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with industrial machinery is a plus
