The opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Designer to engage our prospective patients and members across digital mediums, ranging from editorial assets for social, emails for patients, and landing pages for partners. Beyond being an incredible visual designer, the ideal candidate excels at collaborating cross-functionally with writers, product marketers, go-to-market experts, producers, product designers and marketing leaders. This role calls for organization, collaboration, and a proactive approach to both creative and strategic work. This role is best-suited for someone highly iterative, data-driven, and proactive in innovating.

What you’ll do:

• Create visual, text and imagery concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate people interested in Parsley Health
• Develop and drive innovative web design for landing pages, websites, emails and social media
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Social Media to maintain consistency and develop new, winning strategies for success and engagement
• Innovate and evolve Parsley’s brand standards over time to reflect dynamic changes in brand messaging, offerings, and technology
• Concept new experiences and constantly iterate for better assets and user experience
• Use design skills to connect brand to user experience and performance
• Partner effectively with marketing managers and stakeholders to plan and execute programs
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver additional digital assets when needed
• Communicate concepts and ideas cross functionally with marketing and other teams

What you’ll need:

• Strong background and experience in digital and print design (6+ years)
• Strong understanding of human design thinking, design, form, color theory, typography and layout
• Expert in Figma
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in HTML/CSS knowledge. No coding skills required but considered a plus.
• Experience driving results via design improvements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong asset organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Social media and email marketing experience

Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees. The starting salary for this role is between $97,750 - $115,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with candidates during the process.
