Job description

1. Hiring and onboarding – 60% of the job role will be associate and other hiring within timeline.
• Coordinating and managing end to end hiring process.
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases, job boards, social media and other avenues.
• Collaborating with department Hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Screening and evaluating candidates.
• Creating and assessing candidates on language, logical reasoning, and aptitude besides required skills.
• Developing relationships with colleges and universities.
• Negotiating job offers and salary packages.
• Offer release and pre joining Connect and onboarding of the candidate

2. Payroll – 20 %
Managing Attendance, Salary, Reimbursement and respective payroll inputs.

3. Inductions and mandatory trainings 20 %–
Induction to processes, policies and compliance to mandatory trainings
