Job description
1. Planning, organizing and co-ordinate the entire recruitment process (Internal & External) as per the requirement of the organization.
2. Planning and co-ordinating for the Manpower Planning Exercise in the Unit.
3. Planning, coordinating and execution in effective implementation of performance appraisal activities as per the guidelines in the organization.
4. Organization Structure & HR MIS: Updation of Organization Charts as per the amendments and Co-ordination & compilation of HR MIS report as per the norms.
5. PMS, Compensation, Planning and Budgeting Exercise.
