At Saleshandy, we're speeding towards $10M ARR and building the sales engagement platform for the future Sales Teams. We're building product toward that will eliminate manual processes and helping companies generate more replies/book more meetings / generate leads (faster). Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management:
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships with new and existing Saleshandy clients.
- Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Participate in sales calls to align client goals with the Saleshandy Account Management Process.
- Customer Success Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Cold Email Lead Gen Customer Success Strategy.
- Extract success stories from customers to showcase Saleshandy's value.
- Innovation and Collaboration:
- Foster innovation in account management, staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Teams to enhance processes and efficiency.
- Revenue Growth:
- Propose strategic growth ideas to enhance account management revenue aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to maximize client benefit.
- Customer Satisfaction and Churn Prevention:
- Proactively address customer dissatisfaction and prevent churn.
- Implement measures to predict potential dissatisfaction using feedback loops and analytics.
- Process Optimization and Team Building:
- Regularly review and update account management processes to meet evolving customer needs and industry trends.
- Build and lead a team of account executives to streamline operations.
- Performance Targets:
- Own a revenue target of $2M by FY 2025.
- Maintain P&L responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate a track record of success in cold email lead generation, emphasizing expertise in account management.
- Exhibit familiarity with the infrastructure of cold email lead generation, including proficiency in multi-channel lead generation, utilization of database tools for lead sourcing, and adeptness in list building techniques.
- Showcase a proven history of executing successful account management operations, demonstrating strategic planning and effective execution.
- Display strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive email content to engage and resonate with the internal & external clients target audience.
- Possess proficiency in the technical aspects of cold email marketing, including knowledge of procuring domains and mailboxes, understanding of ESPs (Email Service Providers) and SMTP challenges, proficiency in DNS setup, and familiarity with email warm-up technicalities.
- Exhibit domain expertise in utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation purposes, leveraging its features and functionalities to enhance outreach and engagement.
