Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks associated with HR management and policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The role will also include providing support in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and policies
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
