Job description
As a Operations Executive at SmartQ, your primary goal will be to take responsibility for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with the overall strategic goals of the organization. In addition, you must be adept at strategic planning, team leadership, and problem-solving to navigate the complexities of operational management.
Key responsibilities Contribute to the development of operational strategies aligned with overall organizational goals. Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement policies and procedures. Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Implement and monitor streamlined workflows and standardized procedures. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in operations. Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges Identify potential risks to operations and implement mitigation strategies Willingness to commute to client location, and carry out kitchen visits, owning two-wheeler will be an added advantage Educational Qualification & Skills Required Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability to be a self-starter and make independent decisions The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Flexibility and willingness to take on any tasks to support team efforts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Sound knowledge and experience of working with food, technology and people management Result-oriented and accountability Basic Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of HSEQ standards. Excellent financial and application acumen Self-motivated, agile and ability to adapt to a changing environment Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management discipline Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
