Role And Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Running the process for onboarding corporate clients onto our company platform.
  • Assisting Key Account Managers in handling client queries and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Managing communications to clients for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintaining all databases accurately and updating them regularly.
  • Handling the endorsement process for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
  • Learning how to scale a start-up from 10 to 100 and actively contributing to our growth and success.

Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in corporate health insurance or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Adaptability, collaborative spirit, and a goal-oriented approach to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
