Role And Responsibilities As an Area Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Tracking market potential and conducting extensive research to widen the customer base.
- Building and executing promotional activities that contribute to brand building.
- Participating in seminars and trade fair exhibitions to promote company products.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers.
- Providing inputs on strategies to strengthen the bond between the company and dealer network for a mutually profitable business relationship.
- Setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with the support of the Marketing Manager.
- Ensuring timely submission of reports as required.
- Reporting to senior management on sales performance and market intelligence.
Candidate Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the glass, ceramics, or concrete manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret market trends and data.
