ROSEN India Private Limited, based in Mumbai seeks to employ a Sales Manager in the Sales Office (SLS) to support the company’s market growth objectives.
Mission: To drive revenue growth across our pipeline (cleaning, inspection, integrity services) services portfolio through both Outside Sales (new customer acquisition) and Account Management (assigned portfolio of existing accounts).
Requirements
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Write annual sales plans for managed accounts, provide regular progress updates
- Develop a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and maintain ongoing opportunity forecast
- Propose and pitch competitive solutions appropriate to the customer’s challenges
- Achieve assigned annual order intake, revenue, and other assigned targets
- Maintain current, accurate, and complete records within our CRM system
- Follow all defined company rules, trainings, processes and procedures
- Keep informed of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, competitive offerings, and technology developments
- Keep informed of relevant internal developments (technology, Products & Services, policies & procedures) by attending relevant training and on-going self-study.
- Represent ROSEN to the external market with a high degree of professionalism in verbal, written and in-person communications

Required Education & Experience
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in oil & gas, energy and/or pipeline industry
- Selling experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technical degree or related experience
