Primary Purpose:
As an Executive Producer at Schbang, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of our video projects, from concept to delivery. You will work closely with our Agency Producer, creative teams, and clients to ensure that our video productions are executed flawlessly and meet our clients' expectations. Your ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Script Vetting and Client Meetings:
- Review incoming briefs and scripts, ensuring they are ready for budgeting.
- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to understand their video-related requirements.
- Attend client meetings to discuss project details and creative concepts.
Budgeting Process:
- Work closely with the team to finalize project budgets.
- Ensure that budgetary constraints are adhered to throughout the production process.
Production Team Assignment:
- Assign production teams to projects, considering the specific needs and requirements of each project.
- Collaborate with Executive Producers to involve them in the budgeting and approval stages where necessary.
Post Production Management:
- Manage post-production timelines and coordinate with the Post-Production Head to secure editing resources.
- Ensure efficient post-production workflows and timely project delivery.
Accounting and Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate records of current business and project financials.
- Collaborate with our accounts team to oversee invoicing, payments, expenses, and profitability tracking.
Resource Management:
- Keep track of the availability of motion picture resources, including personnel and equipment.
- Ensure that the necessary resources are allocated efficiently to meet project demands.
Pitching and Business Development:
- Work closely with the Business Development team and Producers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Leverage your industry expertise to contribute to successful pitches and client acquisition efforts.
