Job description

• Carry out sampling as per sampling Plan.
• Carry out analysis as per documented procedure.
• Monitor Control Points in QMS &EMS.
• Inform emergency to superiors
• Maintain relevant records of QMS &EMS.
• Document the analytical results as per statutory requirement
• To carry out Quality Control functions as per standard procedure.
• Ensure initializing request for & follow up on corrective & preventive action.
• Ensuring Calibration and Inspecting of Test Equipment.
• Report deviations to Lab Manager Quality Control
• Report to Lab Manager –Quality Control
• Report outcome to Lab Manager –Quality Control.
• Report deviation to Lab Manager –Quality Control.
• Raise alarm in case of non-compliance
• Raise alarm in case of non-compliance
• Responsible to avoid spillages in the area caused due to routine QC
• Responsible for protection of environments of in our area.
• To implement ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS in the department
