Job description

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales staff. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create effective promotional materials and campaigns. Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, providing guidance and support to the sales team. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring the sales team operates within legal guidelines. Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to promote the company and expand professional connections.

Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
