Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Field Service Engineer located in Noida, with some flexibility for work from home. The Senior Field Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service. The Senior Field Service Engineer will also be responsible for field service operations and providing expert level support to customers.

Qualifications

• Field Service and Technical support skills
• Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience working with solar or energy storage systems is a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time
