Job description
1. Primary responsibility is to monitor the ticketing portal and assign the new tickets to appropriate resources as per the ticket assignment process.
2. Log all Incident/ Service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes.
3. Ensure that the Ticket Assignment SLA targets are achieved daily.
4. Make decisions quickly, often with limited information.
5. Regularly review and analyze the service boards and follow-up with the support team.
6. Escalate major Incidents to appropriate team members.
1. Fluent written & spoken English communication.
2. Possess great attention to details.
3. Excellent customer orientation skills
4. Knowledge on IT based solutions will be added advantage.
5. Must have completed Diploma or Degree from a recognized university
6. Work schedule as 5 days 10 hours shifts a week, mix of days and nights.
