Job description
You will be responsible for supporting and implementing MPOWER s internal communication strategy while also promoting employee engagement and reinforcing the company s culture and values. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting transparency and alignment with the company s strategic goals by developing effective communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and implementing internal and external communications strategies, initiatives and activities by liaising with the stakeholders
- Producing engaging content that reflects the company s voice and aligns with its strategic objectives including researching and gathering web data, preparing reports on competitive pricing and other market data, creating bios and briefs
- Researching market dynamics and generating actionable insights by monitoring industry trends and activities of key industry journalists and influencers
- Crafting, refining, and disseminating compelling content across internal communication channels such as impactful email bulletins and dynamic newsletters while providing strategic communications support for internal events, high-level leadership meetings, and engaging employee town halls, where meticulous preparation of persuasive talking points and visually captivating materials is at the forefront
- Facilitating seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders including managing a dynamic calendar, drafting agendas and meeting follow-ups, preparing correspondence, and meticulously planning events with meticulous visa documentation assistance
- Managing administrative tasks seamlessly, including completing expense reports, data management, arranging travel, and coordinating activities while adapting to changing priorities with precision and assisting senior leadership in email coordination with external stakeholders
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in an internal communications capacity.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools, such as content management systems, email marketing software, and social intranet technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
