Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage and grow followers, and drive traffic to our website. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and curate content, monitor and report on social media analytics, and lead social media campaigns and promotions. The specialist will also be responsible to handle customer service over Whatsapp. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Proven experience as a social media specialist or similar role Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices Demonstrated expertise in social media analytics, reporting, and ad targeting Some knowledge with using AI tools and creating automation for workflow Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media and marketing trends and technologiesJob tags
