WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Pre-Sales Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving sales success. You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and convert leads into satisfied customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Technical Expertise:

- Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, and their technical implementation.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product enhancements.

- Share knowledge and insights with the broader team to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

- Solution Design and Customer Engagement :

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and challenges.

- Analyze customer needs and propose technical solutions that align with their business goals.

- Work closely with the product team to explore customized solutions and identify needed product enhancements.

- Conduct product demonstrations, both remotely and in-person, tailoring them to specific customer needs and providing technical guidance.

- Prepare compelling presentations and technical documentation to support the sales process.

- Respond to technical inquiries from prospects and customers, providing accurate and timely information to address their concerns and build trust.

Sales Enablement and Collaboration :

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Lead and manage proof-of-concept (POC) projects, working closely with the implementation team to ensure a successful outcome.

- Foster strong relationships with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) to drive a seamless sales process and customer experience.

- Continuous Learning and Improvement:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and product enhancements.

- Actively seek feedback and identify opportunities for self-improvement and team development.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

- 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer role or similar technical pre-sales function within the SaaS industry.

- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud computing, APIs, and web technologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with customers' challenges and translate them into technical solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt solutions to unique customer requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events. (Optional, depending on company needs).
