Job Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, encompassing social media, content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive growth and brand visibility in the digital landscape.
- You will manage initiatives to improve & increase engagement on the corporate website to reflect brand values, create an enhanced consumer engagement and help build the business
- You will create plans using a tracking & monitoring mechanism to deliver on website & social media objectives
- You will develop a process-oriented Online Reputation Management (ORM) Program
- You will introduce engagement building initiatives in the digital world with the goal of achieving strong engagement scores
- You will be responsible in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) implementation & tracking
- You will develop and manage 'Lead Management System' through marketing initiatives, share with sales teams and monitor closure
- You will work closely with the agency to develop solutions on Mobile Application based on the needs of the business
- You will create 'Influencer Program ' and manage social media and other digital platforms by leveraging on positive product reviews to brand perception and brand health
- You will liaise with regional marketing team on digital initiatives
- You will drive and lead discussions, planning, execution, documentation, financials, billing related activities with the digital & social media agency
Requirements - 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successfully executing digital campaigns and strategies
- Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content creation, and analytics
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
