Position reports to Manager - IT
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary position
Objectives To manage IT infra and software at PFT
Key responsibilities
. Manages all internal IT hardware & software requirements.
. Plan maintenance schedules. (OS, Firewall, Antivirus updates, Backup of all systems).
. Co-ordination with Customs related to IT infra
. Oversees Operational application support for CFS activities
. Escalating applications related incidents towards application vendor and track status.
. Managing and reviewing the end-to-end IT operations, provide network design, installation, monitoring, management for Wan and LAN, Networking Support to Partner organizations and clients, set up and manage help desk support for staff within the facility.
. Managing IT inventory & Asset Management.
. Responding promptly to service issues and requests
