This is an exciting leadership position that requires a combination of academic prowess and administrative skills, as also strong networking strengths within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industries. The Programme Director will develop the programme & shall work in close coordination with the Dean of the School. The individual should understand the emerging trends and opportunities, and should possess a creative and innovative bent of mind. He / She should be technology savvy, a motivator and an institution builder, and should be able to handle the faculty and academic administration of the programme. We are looking for visionary leaders with a bias for action and results. He / She will look after the student affairs & placement activities. The incumbent applying from the academia/industry must have MBA Degree from a reputed Management Institute and at least 15 years of experience at senior management /CEO levels spread across Pharma / Healthcare with strong network and linkages in this field. A PhD degree in Management would be a huge plus. Applicants currently in Academia should be well acquainted with the various Accreditation Agencies and Statutory bodies as well as the processes involved. He/she will bring in new pedagogy & innovation in the curriculum and also build MDP's and certificate courses in the blended form of Pharmacy & Technology Management.Job tags
