We assist you to navigate the comprehensive Self Redevelopment process from feasibility analysis, procurement and project management to compliance management and project closure.

Verite Self Development aims to make the process of Self Redevelopment futuristic and transparent through its robust technology platform enabling the society to monitor every aspect of the Redevelopment on real time basis. The online platform will also provide option of lifetime document depository with access anytime to retrieve them.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordination with contractor, consultant & Architect to resolve site queries.

- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets.

- Reviewing the status of tasks and projects to ensure they are progressing according to schedule.

- Assisting senior staff with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining databases

- Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met

- Attending and scheduling meetings as required. Preparation of Minutes of meetings.

- Access potential issues and technical challenges and accordingly develop resolutions.

- Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project. (MIS Reports)

- Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance at various stages of the project to analyse deviations).

- Prepare a look ahead plan for the execution team.

- Site Management and Vendor management.

- Keep records of all consultant site visit reports.

- Create Project Closing Reports and Learnings.

- Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects.

- Independently handle the site and daily monitoring of the ongoing activities.

- Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards

- Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities

- Supervise all the ongoing activities which include RCC, finishing, MEP etc.

- Monitor and overlook compliances like RERA.

Required Skills / Background:

- BE Civil with Nicmar.

- Should have experience of Residential construction – 3-5 Years (Experience in Redevelopment Projects preferred)

- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills.

- Good written communication and the ability to manage society correspondence.

- Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multitask and work in a team.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD & Microsoft Projects.
