Position Overview We are a seed-funded startup focused on using state-of-the-art AI technologies to revolutionize the credit industry. Our team consists of experts in machine learning and software engineers who have worked at top-tier US tech companies like Apple, Amazon, etc , and we are passionate about using AI to improve access to credit information for businesses. We have the product on the market, the first clients, and sufficient runway. We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), chatbots, and the latest AI technologies. This role requires a strong foundation in Python and a passion for applying AI to solve complex problems in innovative ways.
Key Responsibilities Model Development and Implementation: Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and RAG, to enhance our credit information processing and analysis capabilities. AI-driven Solutions: Develop AI-driven chatbots and other interactive tools to provide intuitive access to credit information, improving user experience and decision-making processes. Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies, identifying opportunities for application and improvement in our products. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and data engineers to integrate AI technologies into our solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Data Pipeline Architecture : Assist in developing end-to-end data pipelines, explaining what data extraction needs to be done to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Extensive experience in designing and deploying machine learning models, with a strong portfolio of projects that includes chatbots, LLMs, and RAG. Proficient in Python and familiar with AI and machine learning frameworks. Solid understanding of NLP techniques and their application in developing chatbots and processing natural language data. PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is a bonus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members. Prior startup experience or demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments is highly desirable.Job tags
