Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Referral Marketing Executive located in Chennai. As a Referral Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving patient referrals to the hospital and increase brand awareness. This will involve building relationships with doctors, medical professionals, and patients. You will also work closely with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Good understanding of the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated and driven
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
