Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (Pune) role for a Client Relationship Executive. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing business relationships, building long-term client relationships, account management and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be able to handle multiple clients at once, be proactive, reach out to clients and introduce new services and products.

Qualifications

• Client Relations and Relationship Building skills
• Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a client-facing role is required
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field is desirable
