About Us: Goaffpro is a leading affiliate marketing platform provider Position: Affiliate Marketing Manager Location: Remote Responsibilities: Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and revenue. Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliate partners to ensure a high level of engagement and performance. Optimize commission structures and incentive programs to maximize partner motivation. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate activities with overall business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep the affiliate program competitive and cutting-edge. Provide regular reports and insights to management on the effectiveness of the affiliate program. Requirements: Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative approaches to affiliate recruitment and engagement.
