Job Location : Ahmedabad - Vstral, Chandkheda, Bopal, Nikol,
Surat - Vesu, Sarthana
Salary : Up to 3 LPA
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Satisfaction Management: Ensuring strong relationships with clients for successful lead Conversion & providing counselling to students / prospective students & parents regarding career-specific Courses and programs.
- Reporting Management: Maintaining & sharing periodic Reports to Stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely data entry & updation in CRM system and physical record storage.
- Time Management: Multitasking, meeting various deadlines.
- Walk-in Management: Align walk-ins from telecallers and actively invite walk-ins from the data source by Taking ownership of increasing branch inquiries by personally engaging in this effort.
- Sales Promotion Management: Actively organise and participate in on-campus and off-campus activities related to career counselling.
- Sales Growth: Process Owner for driving sales growth within the branch by taking ownership of growth in Walk-In Enquiries at branch.
- Training Management: Attend regular training initiatives to stay updated on new counselling methods and approaches. Cascade the learnings & provide training and guidance to telecallers to increase walk-in inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Initiate lead generation activities, by taking follow-up calls after counselling sessions or establish & maintain connections with influencers/referrals.
- Productivity: Justify daily productivity through a combination of counselling, client calls, and referral generation from the market.
Education and Work Experience Requirements :
- Any graduate
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience proven experience as counsellor
- Prefered Academic counsellor
- Communication Skills
