Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures. Timely procurement of Material for feeding the Production Line keeping inventory as per norms defined. Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and ensuring timely payments. Maintaining the inventory level for procure parts within the defined norms. Releasing of weekly backlog report to supplier. Releasing monthly VDP (Vendor Delivery Performance) to suppliers. Freight monitoring and calculation of freight weekly basis. Responsible for ECN implementation ensuring zero obsolete cost by adjusting the schedules considering the Mass production of New Part. Volume capacity confirmation from supplier to avoid supply issues as per forecast projected by customer. Maintaining the DIO/ITR as per Business plan target. MRP run considering customer demand for N+26 weeks Export Invoice Preparation.
