Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive (SMO Executive) to join our marketing team. The SMO Executive will play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive growth across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and objectives. Content Creation: Create and curate engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including text, image, video, and interactive content. Candidate Must Have Experience Work On Canva Pro Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and stay up-to-date with platform updates and trends. Audience Engagement: Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyse performance data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights for improvement. Paid Social Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns. Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and competitive. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience 02 years in managing social media platforms for brands or organisations. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising options. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Detail-oriented and well-organised.
