Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Manager with a passion for the pet industry to lead our online sales efforts, particularly focusing on distribution in offline stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, a deep understanding of the pet market, and a proven track record of successfully managing online sales channels. Responsibilities: Develop and Execute E-commerce Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy tailored to enhance offline store distribution for pet products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online initiatives with overall business goals. Offline Store Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with offline retailers to expand the distribution network for our pet products. Manage relationships with key partners to ensure effective collaboration and optimize product placement. Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a user-friendly and seamless online shopping experience. Implement strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value. Product Merchandising: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies for pet products. Optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve online sales and distribution strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Customer Experience: Enhance the overall customer experience by implementing customer-centric initiatives, personalized marketing, and efficient order fulfillment processes. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Leverage digital advertising to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to online and offline stores. Inventory Management: Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and minimal stockouts. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the company's e-commerce presence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager, preferably in the pet industry. Strong understanding of offline store distribution and the dynamics of the pet market. Proficient in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
