Job Title: Sales Consultant
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in promoting our fitness program. This position involves educating and assisting potential clients in achieving their health and wellness goals through our programs. The ideal candidate may have a background in body wellness and fitness, as well as excellent sales and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness goals, and provide personalized recommendations from our services.
2. Conduct one-on-one consultations and assessments to determine clients' current health status and needs.
3. Effectively communicate the benefits of our fitness and dietitian services, tailoring the value proposition to each client's unique goals.
4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our fitness and nutrition programs, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
5. Create and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to drive ongoing business and referrals.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through consultative selling techniques.
7. Collaborate with the fitness and dietitian teams to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve desired outcomes.
8. Participate in marketing events, health expos, and community outreach to promote our services.
9. Stay informed about health and wellness trends, dietary guidelines, and exercise regimens to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma OR experience in Nutrition, Dietetics, Sports Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
3. Some or Strong knowledge of fitness principles, nutrition, and dietary guidelines.
4. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
5. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
6. Ability to educate and motivate clients to reach their fitness and nutrition goals.
7. High level of empathy and understanding to provide a personalized client experience.
8. Certification in personal training, fitness coaching, or dietetics is a plus.
10. Passion for health and wellness, and a commitment to continuous learning.
