Our team of over 65 professionals craft tailored communication solutions across a range of platforms, with an emphasis on detail and quirk.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Creative Director Copy with at least 12-15 years of experience. The Associate Creative Director Copy will be responsible for coming up with creative copy ideas that help clients meet their unique challenges and drive their success. The Associate Creative Director Copy will provide strategic, creative, and advisory inputs that elevate clients' brand presence. The Associate Creative Director Copy will also manage a team of copywriters and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related fieldAt least 12-15 years of experience in copywriting or related fields, with a track record of successDemonstrated ability to come up with creative copy ideas that meet clients' unique challenges and drive their successExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in managing a team of copywritersExperience in the advertising industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
