- Assisting Principal and General Manager in carrying out various administrative duties
- Handling queries / grievances of parents
- Managing physical infrastructure facilities
- Asset Management
- Transport Management
- Branding Activities
- Maintenance of school records
- Managing Canteen Facilities
- Liaison with various Government / External Agencies, Organizations & Neighboring Societies
- Administrative arrangements for various school programmes, Annual Excursions & Field Visits
- Supervision of Housekeeping
- Supervision of Security
- Managing Essential services like water, electricity, etc.
- Work in Co-ordination with various external & internal departments.
- Other allied work
Requirements
- Good Communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an administrator in a school.
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Business management
- Knowledge of establishing organisational system & Sops.
- Ready to relocate
