Sr. Scrum Master/Agile Coach JD
- Experience with deep knowledge and experience with multiple Agile frameworks
- Coordinate PI planning, sprints cadences, retrospectives, system demo, ideation/improvement tracking
- Should be able to coach/mentor team members in Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with all Agile practices, regulated environments and software development practices
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Facilitate user design thinking/coaching sessions with product owner and developer, UX designer, Quality Engineers
- Should be able to manage the technical debt and improve product quality value through out product life cycle
- Should be able to remove impediments and resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Manage capacity Vs demand and ensure team deliver results end of every sprint
- Participate & contribute to Team of teams, Scrum of Scrum (SoS), Risk management, Release management cadence
- Should be able to understand business
- Experience in setting and managing cross functional agile/product teams and coaching them to become high performing teams
- Experience in defining and managing metrics for the team, leverage metrics for teams continuous improvements
- Having good understanding on what's products, capabilities, product vision, strategy, roadmap and business values are essential
- Experience in defining and guiding team on agile playbooks, its application and continuous improvement
- Very strong communication skills, conflict management skills
- Strong collaboration, coaching, facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Well versed with tools- JIRA/MIRO/SNOW/Confluence/Azure DevOps
- Good to have end to end product model experience any industry
Preferred Skills:
- Agile certifications (e.g. CSM/PSM, ICAgile, SAFe) desired when accompanying demonstration of an agile mindset and relevant examples of experience and skills to help enable teams
