Role Responsibility Account Manager1. Weekly visiting the existing accounts 2. Keeps all the stakeholders happy 3. Liaison between the college and management 4. Addresses customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible 5. To develop and maintain strong relationships Marketing and Business Development - IR Role1. Identify new colleges/universities 2. Ecosystem mapping 3. Growth opportunities/Cross Selling 4. Idea generation 5. Lead generation 6. Strategic Partnership Management Payment Follow-Up1.

Collect a database from the college with the name, email id and Mobile number 2. Update in 1A database by creating new can id 3. Send a request to the Accounts team to add it in 2A fees 4. Send a request to Accounts team to raise the invoice 5. After receiving the invoice, submit the same in college and take the acknowledgement 6. From the date of invoice, 45 days to collect the invoice amount

Student Relationship 1. Ensure all the below activities are met: a) Industry/Alumni Connect – Monthly b) Student Feedback Session – Monthly c) LMS Orientation - Quarterly / Half yearly, d) IMA / CMA Orientation - One time - (At new program launch) e) CMA Examination Guidance - Monthly

2. SR Calls to be done monthly once 3. Ensuring all the books/access are received on a timely basis 4. Ensuring students take up at least 1 part before graduating. 5. Improve the Pass Percentage within the college 6. Placement Rate Reporting IR Role1. Plan for the week 2. Morning & Evening Calls for BDs 3. Data Management (EWB, Inventory Request, LMS Access, Petty Cash etc…) 4. Monthly or Quarterly Reports to be sent to the College
