This is a full-time/hybrid role as an Unreal Developer , Graphic Designer having UI/UX Experience. Gamer, 3d Artist , Developer, Animator, Video Editing , PMP experience. Project Management.
for FATHHOM MARINE CONSULTANTS, with the role being located in Mumbai/Noida/New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality games using the Unreal Engine and other Gaming Engines,. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging and immersive games, as well as contribute to the development of future projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Unreal Engine and C++ programming language Experience in game development and the ability to write efficient and optimized code for high-performance gameplay Knowledge of 3D math, physics, and graphics rendering Familiarity with source code management and the ability to work in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of relevant experience Experience with mobile development and VR/AR is a plus Experience with other game engines such as Unity is a plus Strong Blender skills Experience with lighting and texturing Expertise in rigging Proficiency in 3D Modeling Bachelor's degree in 3D modeling or a related field Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in the marine industry is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design abilities and an understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Familiarity with HTML and CSS Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Experience in designing marketing materials, digital/web design, and product labeling Strong skills in User Research and Design Thinking Excellent skills in Visual Design and Prototyping Experience in User Experience (UX) Design Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team including engineers, product managers, and other designers Strong problem-solving and communication skills Bachelor's degree or higher in design-related field or equivalent experience A background in marine or related industries would be advantageous but not required Strong portfolio demonstrating previous experience in User Interface and User Experience design Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision Experience with conducting user research and applying findings in design execution Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including product managers, software engineers, and other designers Experience designing and developing accessible and responsive web and mobile applications Comfortable working in an Agile environment and able to adapt to quickly changing priorities and requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail eSports and Gaming skills Strong analytical and communication skills Customer service experience Experience in video game testing or social media content creation is preferred Strong understanding of game design principles and best practices. Experience with multiplayer game development and networking protocols. Solid grasp of graphics rendering techniques and shader programming. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling technical challenges.
