Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a range of duties including recruiting, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Expertise in recruiting, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compliance.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to employee management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in the fueling industry is a plus.
