Job description
Nair Systems, is a DIFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency and Robotic Process Automation.
Nair Systems is currently looking for Enterprise Architect for our UAE operations with the following
Qualifications:
• Experience: 10+ Years of Experience in relevant domain
• Domain knowledge: extensive knowledge and experience on the banking domain.
• Broad Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of both IT infrastructure (networks, data centers, cloud services) and application development (software design, development frameworks).
• Integrated Architectural Experience: Proven experience in designing and managing integrated systems that include both IT infrastructure and applications.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to think systemically and understand the complex interrelationships between infrastructure, applications, and business processes.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and articulate a clear vision of the integrated enterprise architecture that supports the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrated Architecture Design: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of both IT infrastructure and application architecture. This includes designing systems that integrate software applications with hardware infrastructure.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure that both the IT infrastructure and application architecture strategies align with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization.
• Holistic Solution Development: Create and implement holistic enterprise solutions that encompass both application and infrastructure components. This involves understanding the interdependencies and ensuring seamless integration.
• Technology Evaluation and Selection: Assess and recommend appropriate technologies for both infrastructure and applications, considering current and future organizational needs.
• Cross-Domain Collaboration: Work closely with both infrastructure and application development teams to ensure cohesive and efficient system design and implementation.
• Governance and Standards: Develop governance frameworks that encompass both infrastructure and application domains, establishing standards for design, procurement, and implementation.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Oversee the assessment and management of risks related to IT infrastructure and application architecture, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives related to the enterprise architecture, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Capacity Planning and Scalability: Plan for future growth in both infrastructure and application areas, ensuring scalability and flexibility of the architecture.
• Performance Monitoring: Continually monitor the performance of IT infrastructure and applications, identifying areas for improvement.
