Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Team Lead located in Chennai. The Front Office Team Lead will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring peak performance and guest satisfaction, managing inventory, handling guest queries, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Proficiency in a second language, such as Hindi or Tamil, is a plus
