Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, driving online presence, and achieving business goals. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, content marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics.

Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, target audience, and industry trends. This includes planning and executing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, display advertising, SEO, and PPC. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and compelling digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more. Ensure content is relevant, informative, and optimized for search engines and target audience. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Develop and execute social media campaigns, create content calendars, monitor engagement, and analyse performance metrics to optimize strategies. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers. Create compelling email content, design visually appealing templates, segment email lists, and analyse campaign performance to optimize results. SEO and SEM: Drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings through effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and content optimization. Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms. Identify key insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources across channels and campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and drive business results.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification) is a plus.
