Role Description
This is a Full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Care Health Insurance. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective customer service, managing the team to achieve business targets, and implementing sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve business goals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement change
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to achieving individual and team goals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with insurance product development and management
- Ability to speak additional local languages
