Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shares Broking KYC / DP Operations Lead located in Mumbai. The KYC/DP operations lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end KYC and DP operations for our broking division. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills, and have the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure seamless KYC and DP operations management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of KYC and DP operations in a broking environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure seamless KYC and DP operations management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in securities operations, KYC, or DP operations
• Experience in managing teams and leading projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
