Job Overview
We are hiring a Guest Services Associate to join our dynamic team at AIPL. As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The role is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations
- Ensure the guest service area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and points of interest
- Promote hotel services and facilities to guests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures
- Adhere to safety and security protocols
- Provide feedback to management on guest preferences and trends
