Ecommerce & operations manager
qualifications & skill
- must have 3/4 years of experience
- Experience in D2C ecommerce.
- Web platform experience - Shopify management.
- Advanced excel & google analytics skill
- Performance marketing, SEO, email & paid social, ad words, google merchant centre
- Ability to create strategies, make operational decisions & execute perfectly.
- Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent required
- Profound all rounder digital sales & marketing knowledge
- Knowledgable on e-commerce trends, crm tools & digital customer experience
- An added advantage if worked previously in a gifting D2C brand.
Responsibility
* Ensure catalog maintenance, relevant product images, product communication & A+ content is up to date on the website.
* Identify, plan & implement new initiatives to meet & exceed company revenue & profit goals
* Manage orders & ensure smooth operational & delivery Flow
* Pitch, negotiate & on board new vendors
* drive online sales growth through maximising traffic, conversations & roi via activations campaign ads & promotions
* Control all website merchandising & conversion rate optimisation to maximise online profitability
* Manage, track & update inventory
* Maintain relations & maintain strong communication with vendors
* Track digital activities through kpi's
* Ensure timely update of new products, assets & content on the website
* Work closely with creative director to ensure branding & design content on website
* Maintain operational flow with coordinating with departments to ensure smooth delivery of products.
* Implementing CRM softwares & Introduce WhatsApp marketing/ email marketing/ with Ideation & execution of marketing collaterals( brochures, flyers, newsletters, mailer, standees, banners, advertisements etc.)
