As a Core Banking (Finacle/BANS/Finastra/Flex cube/Finacle) Testing and Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our core banking systems and contribute to the successful implementation of various banking projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of core banking processes, excellent analytical skills, and expertise in testing methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to core banking functionalities.
- Business Analysis:
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Core Banking Testing:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for core banking systems to ensure functionality, security, and compliance.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on core banking applications.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with development teams to resolve identified issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, test cases, and results.
- Generate reports to communicate testing progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- User Training:
- Provide training and support to end-users on new features and changes in core banking systems.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to align core banking solutions with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and in Core Banking Testing.
- Strong understanding of core banking processes, including account management, transactions, and customer relationship management.
- Experience with testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
