Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Preschool Assistant Learning Facilitator. The Learning Facilitator will be responsible for supporting the lead facilitator in delivering innovative, game-based learning experiences to young children. The role involves collaborating with a team of educators and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or qualification in working with young children in education, psychology or related fields
- Deep understanding of child development principles and learning theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Possess a love for working with young children and be patient, caring, and empathetic
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Psychology or related fields is desirable, but not mandatory
- Certification in Early Childhood education is a plus
