Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This on-site role involves designing a range of wallpapers that appeal to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of artistic skill and commercial awareness, with an ability to translate ideas into captivating visual designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop wallpaper patterns and designs, aligning with the latest trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
Work closely with the marketing team to create design materials for various campaigns and promotions.
Provide creative input during product development meetings and contribute to the overall aesthetic of our product line.
Maintain an archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven graphic designing experience, preferably in the wallpaper or related industry.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, color sense, and conceptual thinking.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
