Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located at Gulzar Group of Institutes in Khanna. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance students' mathematical, reasoning, and logical aptitude skills. The Trainer will work closely with students and faculty members to identify areas of improvement and develop customized training solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field
• Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer, Math Teacher, or related role
• Excellent knowledge of mathematical concepts, logical reasoning, and ability to apply them in real-life situations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs and curriculum for students with varying aptitude levels
• Experience working in an educational institution is a plus
• Ability to motivate and engage students through various teaching methodologies is a plus
