We are hiring Creative Director for our Kochi Location.
Responsibilities - A Creative Director is responsible for leading and managing the creative team to develop and execute innovative and effective creative solutions for the company's marketing and advertising campaigns. Here are some of the key duties and responsibilities of a Creative Director:
- Developing and implementing the company's creative vision and strategy across various media, such as print, digital, and video.
- Leading and managing a team of designers, and other creatives to develop and produce high-quality and effective creative solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product, to ensure the company's creative efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Managing and overseeing the creative production process, from concept development to final delivery, to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Developing and presenting creative concepts and ideas to stakeholders, such as clients and executives, to gain buy-in and approval.
- Ensuring that all creative assets, such as images, videos, and copy, are on brand, consistent, and meet the company's standards.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in design, advertising, and marketing and incorporating them into the company's creative efforts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors, such as creative agencies and freelancers, to ensure high-quality deliverables and services.
- Conducting market research and analysis to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences and applying them to the company's creative efforts.
- Managing and allocating the creative team's resources, such as budgets and personnel, to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Ensuring that the company's creative efforts comply with legal and ethical standards, such as copyright and trademark laws.
- Providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring to the creative team to foster professional growth and development.
- Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of the company's creative efforts, such as engagement rates and conversion rates, and making recommendations for improvement.
Experience Minimum 10 years
