Overview: Faze Three Ltd invites a talented CAD Designer to join our team, focusing on the innovative design of home textiles, including rugs and bathmats, for the export markets of the UK and US. This role seeks a creative professional who excels in both team collaboration and independent project management.
Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in CAD design, crafting detailed and manufacturable designs for rugs and bathmats. Understand the construction techniques of rugs and bathmats, including yarn selection to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality. Possess in-depth knowledge of yarn types, properties, and their application in the creation of high-quality home textiles. Lead innovation in bathmat designs by proposing fresh, trend-setting ideas that enhance our product range. Engage in the development of new product ideas, staying at the forefront of industry trends and consumer preferences. Collaborate effectively within the design team, ensuring that design concepts are executed with precision and creativity. Bring minimum 3 years of experience in the creative textile field, showcasing a strong portfolio of innovative design work, particularly in CAD design for home textiles. Candidate Profile: Demonstrates hands-on experience and proficiency in CAD designs for home textiles as a fundamental requirement. Must have completed a Bachelor degree in Textile Design from prestigious institutions Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the creative textile field, with a strong focus on innovative design. Exhibits a thorough understanding of weaving techniques and textile production complexities, especially pertaining to home textiles. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Office applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with a commitment to further developing these skills.
